As a Yoga Instructor, my main goal is to lead others down the long path of discovery that yoga provides. Whether you want to move your body, reach spiritual growth, or be more present, I believe you’ll benefit from the regular practice.

Since 2019 I’ve been practicing regularly , and having the chance to share all that I’ve learned along the way with you fills me with joy. Something I know for sure is that everyone could use more yoga in their lives.
Regularly practicing yoga has countless advantages. I teach yoga and meditation classes, one on one sessions and lead retreats, workshops, and virtually around the world. I have learned from the experts and  yoga schools in Goa and Kerala.

With limited experience in asana practice, I've successfully guided beginners through their initial journey into yoga and meditation. Today, I am immensely grateful to guide individuals onto the path of self-connection. Throughout this journey, I've discovered more about myself than ever before. Yoga has helped me develop my spiritual side and cultivate mindfulness by teaching us the importance of listening. The journey of becoming a Sādhaka has been truly eye-opening.
